History and Growth

Since our founding in May 2024, Cloud Cozy has focused on market research, brand development, supplier relationships, and community engagement in preparation for launch. Prior to operations, the company built early demand through partnerships, local events, and brand awareness campaigns.

The initial product launch in October 2024 focuses on 2-ply toilet rolls, with a phased expansion into additional hygiene and paper products as production capacity grows.

Since then, Cloud Cozy maintains an active presence at local markets, exhibitions, and community events such as the Rand Show and the Pecanwood Easter Market. These platforms enable the company to strengthen relationships with resellers and local businesses and to continuously grow its customer base.

MILESTONES

May-September 2024:
Company registration, licensing, market research, brand development.

October 2024:
Official product launch (2-ply toilet rolls).

Nov 2024–April 2025:
Expansion into cleaning supplies, kitchen and garage rolls.

Year 2:
Distribution expansion, acquisition of serviette manufacturing machinery, performance review, and growth planning.
